Fume extraction is used in welding shops, machine shops, plastic molding and injection facilities, die casting, laboratories and more.

PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION

1- Integral structure, beautiful apprearance, small area

2- Anti-suction device and all-directional rotor ash cleaning system make the effect of ash cleaning more thorough

3- Power supply condition monitoring: alarm for broken phase overvoltage and undervoltage to prevent motor and electrial components from damage

4- Pneumatic condition monitoring: alarm of low pressure of air source to prevent incomplete ash cleaning. Pressure differential meter shows the use status of filter element inturtively, and high pressure differential auto-pulsed rotor backblowing.

5- Operation temperature monitoring: alarm system temperature is too high to prevent fire.

6- Dust hopper condition monitoring: the system senses the lock state of the dust hopper, with the automatic lifting function of the dust hopper, to ensure that the dust hopper is in place, to improve the tighness of the dust hopper, and to ensure the effect of collection dust.
