Case Description:

In heavy machinery manufacturing plants, welding and cutting processes are essential, but these processes generate a significant amount of toxic and harmful dust. If this dust is not effectively absorbed and filtered, it can severely impact the production environment and the physical and mental health of the workers. To address this issue, at the request of the client, our company provided a design, manufacturing, and installation service for an efficient modular cartridge dust removal system specifically for handling dust produced during welding and cutting.

Project Evaluation:

The completion of this project signifies that the harmful dust generated by welding and cutting processes in the workshop has been effectively controlled and managed. Using advanced cartridge dust removal technology, the collected harmful gases, after being efficiently filtered by the system, can be safely released indoors, ensuring that the emissions meet the requirements of GB16297 "Comprehensive Emission Standards of Air Pollutants." Additionally, the design of the equipment considered energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, resulting in a system that reduces energy consumption by more than 30% while ensuring low operational costs and long-term stability of the equipment.
